ASEAN region has reported a total of 14,660,674 Covid-19 cases

INTERNATIONAL: On 23 December 2021 the ASEAN region has reported a total of 14,660,674 Covid-19 cases, this includes 301,368 deaths. The data was released by Worldometer, a website that is compiling Covid-19 statistics from around the globe.

At 10:00 a.m this morning, total cases and deaths per ASEAN member state are:
- Indonesia: 4,261,072 people (144,034 deaths)
- Philippines: 2,837,784 people (50,916 deaths)
- Malaysia: 2,728,203 people (31,221 deaths)
- Thailand: 2,202,001 people (21,501 deaths)
- Vietnam: 1,588,335 people (30,251 deaths)
- Myanmar: 528,838 people (19,235 deaths)
- Singapore: 276,720 people (818 deaths)
- Cambodia: 120,430 people (3,006 deaths)
- Laos: 101,865 people (288 deaths)
- Brunei: 15,426 people (98 deaths)
